Bitterly disappointed. After Tesco Shop looked forward to sitting outside on a sunny afternoon with the dog enjoying a nice coffee. Alas at 4.15pm I tried the door only to find it locked and a small hand written note saying Sorry Closed Early". The note had said 5 which was scribbled out and 4 overwritten suggesting this was not a one off. Suffice to say I shan't bother to waste my time trying again!"

As a regular on Costa all over the UK, this one is not up to the good standards of others. Very slow to get 2 coffees and my flat white was weak - even after asking for less milk.

Min with their ingredients, and lousy service2nd time, gave it another chance, and this time.. No difference, minimal with ingredientsCustomer service was non existent

Nice size costa and lovely staff. I've noticed recently though that they never seem to have the limited edition coffee or hot chocolate flavours and very little in the way of cake choices! Sometimes better going to the machine at the Tesco petrol station for coffees.

Good Costa outlet, clean, staff efficient and polite. It was quite busy when I visited and the atmosphere was relaxed. Worth a visit.

Usually using the drive thru is the best option and spot on. I went in today and was disappointed. Took a long time to get served and wasn't told that my drink was ready so it was sat out until i asked someone if it was my one because noone told me it was done.

The coffee as always great!! The food was good. However, I don't mind doing trace & trace because I think its really important, but if you don't have a phone with internet you're in for a poor visit. You HAVE to do track & trace on line there or you won't be served. I asked about taking my name & number but the staff member was really offhand & not helpful when I said my phone couldn't do what they were asking. I went to one side to try and go on line but couldn't. Eventually, another staff member who was very helpful, came up to me with a laptop and took my details. So then we could order. This staff member also gave me the name of an app so I should be okay next time and said a few people had had trouble too. Thanks to that staff member I really appreciated her help.
