Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Aimee and Aidan are real assets to this store. They were extremely friendly and helpful, together with their manager they didn’t mind spending extra time trying to sort out my complicated situation and find the best deal for me instead of sending me away. Would definitely recommend. Thank you again.

I went in today to Three and was astonished by the impeccable service! Stuart the store manager was very knowledgable in his explanations and guided me through getting a new phone! Very happy with the service today from Stuart and his colleagues, would definitely come back! Was happy to have somebody who was able to assist so fluently! Robert and Stuart were also both very polite and chatty, lovely service :)

Please avoid thought they fixed my phned until my screen fell out so took it local business and he couldn't believe the damage to my phn that they had caused they took my original battery and replaced it with a swollen battery they damaged my antenna the list goes on now I'm taking matter futher

Fantastic service advice and support from Stuart and Kirsty. Having explained what I needed from a device and service, Stuart was excellent at suggesting the best phone and tablet for my requirements.The process was dealt with swiftly and it was really lovely speaking with them both during it also.Best bit I was about to switch to EE after years of being with 3 due to some ongoing technical issues. But this new phone upgrade has sorted that and now I'm extremely happy with the network as well as the service received in store.I highly recommend popping in and having a word if you're in need of a new phone.Many thanks.Olly

Terrible experience with customer service. Apparently their 3 stores can’t speak to their own customer service team. Ridiculous. Please avoid at all costs. Better network providers out there.

Never usually give a 5* review, but the staff here were amazing. Just the general chat and laughter and a brilliant purchase. Thank you team keep up the good work and take care

Staff had good knowledge and when didn't know something quickly found the answer. Questions were answered by Kirsty patiently without any intensity to get to the sale.Seems like pretty decent deal, would be better if EU roaming were included.
