Came in on Wednesday and I was greeted by Nat. I was visiting some family in the area and was so impressed with the customer service she gave me. I was given some samples and recommended some skincare bits and my skin hasn’t felt this good in ages. She is a true asset to the team ❤️ well done Nat

Our daughter had her birthday party in store which she really enjoyed, Jess our party host was lovely with all the girls and they really liked the party games. Party bags were a lovely touch too. I would definitely recommend.

I went in and this lovely member of staff recommended some amazing hair products that were just right. They then gave me so many samples and were just lovely. I got lots of Christmas presents that were perfect for them and even got a free lip scrub at the end. Thanks so much lush staff! Will definitely be back soon.

My daughter had her birthday at Lush Broughton hosted by Jess. From start to finish it was amazing. Jess was very professional and so interactive with the girls they loved her. I would highly recommend having a birthday party here.

Special shout out to Mo who helped me with my questions and took the time to show me alternative products that I may also like. Mo also let my son put a bath bomb in a bowl, to see the magic unfurl and amazing scents.I came out of the shop with presents and gifts, plus some sample pots and soap- for the first time (in a long time), it felt like my custom was wanted and appreciated 5 stars for Mo- thank you!

Jake was so helpful and friendly, he helped me to pick out bath bombs. All the staff were so lovely. Definitely my fav Lush store!
