First time I went there, I was pleased with what they did. But I have noticed, they push ‘Rosie’ the seemingly main girl in the salon who starts your nails for 5 minutes then others ‘have a go’ who aren’t aware of discussion on shape or style of nail. And visa versa.Recently they all had a go on my nails SNS but they looked thick & very false looking. I went back to the salon Saturday 23/07 & asked if they could file them down a bit, change the shape as per the picture I initially showed them on Thursday 21/07. Rosie was extremely rude & ruff with the file down, when she started doing my nails she said ‘£20’ to which I replied ‘Well no actually bcoz you done them wrong’ she replied ‘£20 or don’t come back’ I looked at the lady sitting next to me & said I’ll give them a Google review. Then Rosie started smiling & being all nice. When she finished I asked for her name, asked her what she meant by ‘£20 or don’t come back’ to which she replied ‘oh no, no charge, it’s ok’. You would think she’d of taken extra care so I wouldn’t upload photos of resolute, which will clearly show I’m not a petty customer - no two nails are alike even now - so going to upload a picture bcoz I will have to now go to Boots & purchase a £10 diamond nail file. Rubbish service, they don’t listen & robotically on entrance repeat ‘choose colour, sit down’. Rubbish with rude staff ! Avoid!

Just had a terrible experience here.First time I arrive they made a girl next to me walk out upset and changed the price whilst doing nails.I just carried on I arrived a asked for SNS nails. The agreed. During they swapped someone doing my nail which was fine. I have nails done regularly and this isn't unusual. As he was doing it he was doing it different to how I usually get it done. So I double checked with him and also spoke to the lady who accepted booking. After a disagreement she accepted she told her colleague wrong. Which then I thought was okay and didn't understand why there was a disagreement. Then she continued and she was also wrong to me aswell as changing the price and couldn't do the nails. So I've had to walk out of there with terrible nails where they couldn't accommodate. They are obviously just after money and say sorry they wrong to make add ons. I've NEVER walked out of a saloon so appalled and never had to in the many many years I've had nails done have to walk out of a saloon with my nails like this. Where they couldn't complete the nails sns as requested.

Awful service at this nail shop. Asked for acrylics and shellac with a simple design and got the opposite to what I had requested.I allowed them the opportunity to correct their shoddy work, although they looked just as vile after the 2nd attempt.A toddler could probably do a better job!Requested a refund and refused due to ‘policy’ - there is no policy.Awful awful service. DO NOT VISIT, overpricing and underdelivering in service!!

The worst customer care I have ever seen in my life now it’s almost a years doing my nails there but how Rosie treated me it was bad I decided to look for another salon.

I get my nails done a lot by this place both pedicures and acrylic shellac I’m quite fussy however they have always delivered on making my nails feel amazing x

I have long natural thumb nails and the rest are slowly get to the length I want. I popped in and asked for French manicure with dipping powder . I cant use acrylic as I react to them. I did have white dipping powder on my thumbs but the rest of my nails had no product on them .I said that they are all natural nails and I didnt want them cut . So the first thing she did was cut my thumb nail at the sides. I was fuming with her. She said she could fix it . I should of walked out then. So after taking the white dipping powder off my thumbs. She went straight in with the acrylic on the thumb. After me telling her I react to it. At the end of this not once did she ask me to wash my hands to remove any debris . Nor did I get the cuticle oil or any thing on my fingers after. This has been the worse place I have ever had my nails done at . And I will not be going back.... all that's holding my thumb nail on it super glue and acrylic. Not happy

This is the best place I’ve ever had my nails done and I’ve been getting them done for years in other places. Both times i’ve been here, Rosie did my nails and she did them to perfection! She takes her time and is so attentive that my nails have lasted about 3 months with no breakage. She is so friendly and makes such an effort to talk to you too which I haven’t experienced in other nail salons. Definitely found my new nail place!

Changed the price while doing nails I asked for normal colour. She told me to do shellac and told her not now. When about to pay she told me it is £35 because I did Shellac. I told her, that I asked not to do it. They charged me £10 more than initial price. There is a dishonesty many other customers complain the same.I showed the picture of the nails style I wanted and she completely changed the style and charge me extra for nothing.

Staff are so friendly and done a lovely job on my pedicure! Will be going back there
