Today I was blessed by God when Nicky came to pick me up for my Covid vaccine. He was charming, professional and prompt on collecting me this morning and gave me a call prior to arriving so I could be ready. I laughed all the way to the medical centre and all the way home too. I can't recommend Halcot cars as highly as they deserve. However I for one, will use this fabulous service again.

An exceptional service and highly recommended. We used them for airport transfers and Nick was brilliant at re-scheduling our airport pick-up due to a 20hr flight delay. We will definitely use them again.

Driven miles was recommended to me for our trip to Birmingham airport earlier this month. The service was excellent from booking, payment to the journey. I was kept updated throughout. Nick arrived on time in a well presented spacious and very comfortable Mercedes. He looked the part in his chauffeur uniform! Very pleasant journey and Nick engaged in friendly conversation throughout. I will definitely use his services again and happy to recommend to others.

We can't rate them highly enough. Our daughter got married at the weekend and we needed someone we could trust to transport her grandmother, to and from the wedding venue. Her grandmother suffers from dementia so it was important we had someone who had experience dealing with this and who we all felt comfortable with. Nick didn't disappoint, diligent from start to finish and couldn't have done anything more to ease our worries. Thank you for all you did ☺️

Nick drove me to my vaccination and returned me safely home afterwards. He rearranged my appointment time to make sure that he could take me and was very reassuring as I was quite nervous. Lovely gentleman with entertaining conversation. I definitely recommend this company. Thank you Nick.

I must say the Big.. Massive Thank You, for giving me today a completely Free ride. Holcot Cars took me to and from my vaccination appointment and it was an amazing experience! Already booked for my second dose...free ride again :-) Nick is a great professional....I had the best laugh. 16 years in the UK but I must say it was the best taxi service ever I had here. Strongly recommended! Great service and on time!
