Having had a good service from Naz during my previous house sale, I expected the same from Adam Ledger. My new solicitor, the estate agent and vendors who lost money and a property due to his appalling service are stunned at his rude and unprofessional behaviour. There is no facility to speak to him and he hides behind emails. We had asked to exchange before Christmas with a later completion to avoid the Christmas rush. After sitting on the contract and responses to the search queries for two weeks and repeated requests to exchange for the 17th Dec, I was rudely told he was prioritising others and would get to me in “due course.” My vendors lost their deposit and house and my sofa surfing continues. I referred to the legal ombudsman who pointed out that although Christmas is always busy, it should not have been my problem if he had amen on too many cases. For a busy man he was able to find time to carry on email conversations telling me how busy he was. I had to send emails asking him just to respond to my emails. It was nothing more than an online service and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dreaded receiving his emails due to his manner and decided to change solicitors. It will cost me more but worth it for my peace of mind. It has taken almost two weeks to follow several requests to send my file to the new solicitor. (I have taken out the holiday period.) I really cannot recommend him.

We were working on a tight schedule to get our house completed and Adam and his team went above and beyond to get things done. Despite all the obstacles and my constant nagging they pulled through!! Thank you for all your patience and a job well done!! Adiel
