Home from home are so easy to speak to, responsive and they really do consider the small details. Leaving your dog with someone new is worrying, but the process makes it so much more comforting.Our hosts were wonderful and kept us updated with pictures and videos. Our dog can be boisterous and can chew up a ball or two, but they took everything in their stride.

Our whippet went to his new boarder for a day stay just to get him used to a new person and home. Diane was so accommodating and professional and we had no concerns at all about leaving him. We have booked him in for a long holiday next year and feel totally confident and in safe hands. What we really appreciate is, he is the only dog in the home as he is the only dog in our home. We are so very happy with the company and would not go anywhere else.

Our 2nd tine using Home From Home Dog Boarding Agency and our carer Elaine took good care of our two dogs. Right from our meet and greet, we knew that both Max and Poppy would be happy at Elaine’s. We had regular updates and photos and they were relaxed and we looked after. We were so confident that we have already booked Elaine for our big trip next year! Once again my 2 little dogs Bobby and Holly had a wonderful time with their lovely boarder Lynn. They were thoroughly spoilt and the regular photos and updates left me in no doubt that they were being very well cared for. They’re going back to Lynn in January and I know that when we arrive they’ll be eager to see her. I’ve used HFH 7 times and have 2 further bookings in place. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I’d definitely recommend Home from Home. I’ve used them a few times and they recruit the best carers. I’ve just left both my dogs with a lady for 5 days on the 15th May and I can honestly say she went over and beyond. I had constant updates, which put my mind at rest. She really was a great representative for the company. We have booked again for August. 5* service!

The office at Home from Home were very pleasant and efficient, making the whole process very easy.Our dog carer, Ilona, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, she really couldn't have been more kind, helpful and accommodating. Plus, she and her husband are just really nice people. Our cavachon, Teddy, clearly had a great time and was very well cared for. We received regular updates and photos, which put our minds at rest - it was the first time we had left Teddy with anyone, but we will now be happy to do so again.

We wanted to find someone to look after our two small dogs and I discovered Home From Home Dog Boarding via Google and got in touch with them. From the very start they endeavoured to understand our requirements and were extremely helpful. Our dogs are both 10 years old and we had never left them with anyone overnight before, so we wanted to feel confident that the right Carer was chosen. Although we felt the first couple of suggestions would not quite fit for us, Home from Home were very understanding and patient, taking on board our reasons and found our perfect Home from Home carer. We have since left our dogs with Jan for their first 3 night stay and both the dogs and us could not have been happier. We received regular updates and photos which were lovely to get and we have already arranged another stay with her.I would definitely have no problem in recommending Home from Home Dog Boarding.

The agents were very thorough in understanding Truffles routine and likes and dislikes. They found a lovely lady to look after him and he had a lot of fun and attention from her during his stay. She even sorted out some initial problems so that I didn’t have to worry when I was away. It is such a relief to know he is safe and being cared for in a lovely home environment. Would definitely recommend HFH boarding.

Brilliant experience from the moment we sent an enquiry to when we picked our dog up! Really easy to book, the questions are super sensible and cover everything - Alina took the time to understand and reassure any concerns I had about leaving my dog. She was available and helpful at every stage. My dog had a brilliant time with Nicola and Mike, I think she had more fun with them than she does with us!! They sent lots of pictures and updates which was exactly what we had asked for. So glad we used Home From Home and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks again everyone!
