Absolutely shocking service. I can appreciate your other branch had a fire but come on. I don’t expect to be treated second class because I’m white! and if your gonna open a branch where you have to call or order with someone who has little or no grasp of the English language then at least have brochures so you can show the person your ordering with what you want. Wasted time attempting to order then had to waste more time because the order was wrong. I’ll be looking at alternative wholesalers for my future purchases.

I have been using Adams Food Service for the past 5 years in my SME and a I can honestly say hand on heart I have always had the best service good bunch of people. Best prices and if the price is better anywhere else they have always price matched or gave me a better price. Big shout out to Gilly and the team. They are in with the times as they have the Adams App which makes life so much easier for ordering. 5stars for Adams

Signed up once3 years ago since that 3 years keep receiving promotional sms. GDPR breaches. This is against the law. I spoke to store manager and called the head office many times. But no luck. Take my number off your bloody database.
