Avoid at all costs. We asked them to repair our boiler as we had no hot water. After several weeks, multiple visits and a bill for several hundred pounds, they fixed the problem but the heating wouldn't work. Another visit, heating is now working but now we have no hot water again. Strong suspicion that they have replaced parts and charged us for work that was not required. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

Bought this house nearly two years ago with a solar system which very few engineers in Plymouth seem to be au fait with. Paul was recommended by a neighbour. After a detailed explanation of how the system could be upgraded to run more efficiently (I had a ton of questions along the way!!), I followed Paul's advice and asked him to implement his recommends. I now use him every year for the annual service as do many people on my estate: wouldn't dream of asking anyone else! He's also a fount of knowledge on lots of other aspects we homeowners have to deal with!

I would never use this company, I live next door to someone that used them for renewable energy work. It' a living nightmare, the noise from the generator is terrible. It's caused sleepless nights so much so we are thinking about moving, and we have lived in our home for 31 years.They seem to be always there doing something or other.

Absolute we’re recommended to us by two sets of relatives.They came and quoted for a pretty big job.We needed a new boiler, new rads and a shower over the bath.Their quote was very competitive.It was clearly written and explained exactly what they needed to do.The work was all done in one day.They were very clean and tidy, we barely new they had been.The team are professional, polite and courteous.I could not praise this company enough.True professionals.Thank you so much for a great job.Steve Barker

Excellent experience with this company . We had a complex boiler and tank which needed replacing, 3 other companies either didn't know where to start or were to small for the job. Paul at absolute energy came up with solutions and explained everything in great detail. We also have had a large gas fire serviced and radiator relocated by them on other occasions in last 6 months. All the guys are friendly and polite and Mandie in the office responds quickly to e mails and phone calls and sorts things out efficiently . Would highly recommend .

Have used Absolute for many years now, since the time they were called Ashby Plumbing and Heating. Have always had very good service from them. They fitted the entire Central heating system from scratch in our newest home and am very pleased with the installation.

My elderly parents boiler ceased to work on the coldest week this year ! I called Dave and he was on their doorstep within the hour (bare in mind this was Friday at 6pm ! ) he left them with a working boiler , a promise of a return visit on the Monday to service and drain it and with a very very reasonable rate , incredible swift service and a honest tariff to compliment that promptness , thank you Absolute for warming my parents this cold winter :-)
