Got the 68 bus at 4.40 today. 21.11..23 bus driver just kept letting far to many people on the bus. I had a pram it was way to full. Was lucky I could get off had to shout and yell for people to move. Ridiculous. Won't be doing it again saying oh great price for buses £2. Rather not if that's what it's like put me right off.

Great services. We traveled to blackpool from Blackburn and the buses arrived on time. As a bonus, they even had WiFi and USB charging points. Thumbs up from me.

I had a frustrating experience with Stagecoach recently. Their bus service doesn't seem to adhere to the timetable provided on Google, and I've found myself waiting at bus stops with no sign of the bus. This level of mismanagement is incredibly disappointing and has caused a lot of inconvenience.

I use the 61 bus from Blackpool at 5 mins before allowing time at 09:30, because the system will allow me to use disabled pass. But unfortunately one driver today out of most of them, would not let me use it out of discretion, he's driving a yellow stagecoach bus today Preston to Blackpool, here to serve more like not to serve, also the 68 supposed to take just over an hour from Blackpool, instead taken nearly 2 hours from Blackpool at 09:30? Stagecoach more like slow coach!

Poor timetable 7 buses to Wigan and only 1 for leyland to Preston which was 20min late unable to plan properly for school run, very unreliable since fishwick went under

Deserve 0 stars. Bus drivers constantly driving past despite signalling with the hand, driving too fast, saying that the buses are full but actually not, making impaired people stand waiting for excessive durations of time.

0⭐️* The absolute worst public transport I’ve every used, across the UK and worldwide!!I’m only writing this since I’ve tried to call numerous times of the past 2-3 years about the astonishingly late buses (every single time) , buses that disappear mid route (live on app) and bus chart times vs bus app times aren’t even close!Not to mention I’ve just been stood outside for 15 minutes (incase that 1 time it decided to come early) only for the bus to fly straight past and stop at the junction to let passengers OFF…I ran towards and it drove off! Absolute joke 111 and 68 preston
