The best and oldest MMA gym in Sheffield, great for serious competitors aswell as casual Beginners, the gym has classes for all abilities and everybody is made to feel welcome by the excellent coaching staff aswell as other members.

5/5 for this clubThe staff are warm welcoming you even if you’re a rookie and never done martial arts before. I started training at this club right on my Birthday, and it was the best time I’ve had out of that day there.They’re professionals, working hard to ensure that you will train in the safest & best conditions. And also really really cool to be very honest!If you’d like to perform in Mixed Martial Arts, then this is definitely the place for you. Prices are fair and you’ll love your sessions here along with the coach (big shoutout to Sam, coolest guy around).Strongly recommended!

Proper good club. Been to a couple in the past few years but this one is my favourite. Great atmosphere, instructors are ace, and all the higher belts/ more experienced goers are friendly and helpful. They also play proper bangers on the aux during rolling too. There's a bit of irony with getting choked out to Slipknot.

Superb club with a positive and supportive atmosphere. I highly recommend for anyone interested in MMA or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The training is top notch and there is a great mix of people of different abilities and ages. I moved to Sheffield recently and wanted to get in shape, learn a new skill and build up my confidence - joined Sheffield Shootfighters and only wish I joined sooner!

After careful research I came across the club and I must say it is the first time that I have seen an instructor concentrate on positions and create a well structured plan to encourage the class to work on those positions and not only leaving it for the day but continuing to press the concept in subsequent lessons. For those of us who have experienced a situation where you get lost then forget the main points you will understand what I am saying. Credit to Sam and his mentors. This is a great club to come and learn BJJ and MMA.

I joined only planning on taking one class a week to learn some self-defence but I ended up taking three because I enjoy the classes so much! Sam is very welcoming and an amazing coach who really knows his stuff.
