payed £60 to fix the screen of my iphone 11 , said 7 hours till it turns on . turned on, didnt even work everything froze and couldnt do anythingwent to apple , they said they had many complaints from this shop and will cost another £20 to fi phone properly. OUTRAGEOUS!!

I took my galaxy s10 to viva fones around 4 weeks ago for a touch screen replacement. When I got the phone back the next day it took me 10 miss to work out this screen was not genuine.They never told me it wouldn't be.No signage either.I Called, they said bring it down for a genuine screen replacement. I did and then they wanted another £50 before they would give the phone back to me.The screen is not stuck to the phkne, it's separating and I am not taking it back to that shop again.Just to have my pants pulled down again by the owner.Absolutely 100% stay clear of their absolute shambles of a shopMy phone screen is detached, it makes noises when I'm on a call, my speaker doesn't work and i have to use headphones to make a call and be heard properly.They wanted £50 I refused and would only pay £25£175 later and my phone crashes, the phone is now clunky and the screen doesn't come back up when you take the phone away from my ear.They will tell you that you should expect a non genuine screen for the money they charge, a tactic used to get your money first and hope you don't notice the non genuine screen.Avoid like the plague!!
