Warm and welcoming with no pressure to buy anything, just a passion for the whiskey making tradition and desire to pass it on. I went to a tasting the store had recently and it was so great! The hostess Morven was very knowledgeable and it was really cool to learn about women in this industry and the impact they have! I had an excellent time, thank you Loch Fyne!

Went in with hopes to find a specific edition of Caol Ila and was met with an abusive and confrontational salesman who discriminated to levels I didn't think existed in today's society.Utterly the worst customer experience I have experienced in Edinburgh and shameful to think the incredibly rude staff are representing any whisky.I have blended and bottled whisky for many distillers in Scotland, they would all be disgusted at your elitist and bigoted actions.I would urge anyone with the slightest bit of interest in Whisky to shop elsewhere.
