Very accommodating on fitting appointment. Arrived on time and fitters were superb. Very clean and tidy. New 8kw burner fitted in 2 hours. Great price as well. Also great selection in showroom.

The lads did a mint job on my old hand painted fireplace taking extra care not to damage or blemish anything as they went. They worked around my daily goings about where they could as well, couldn't have asked for more. Cheers.

Bought a stove a few years back on the shop recommendation, only to later find no parts available, shop uninterested once they've had your money. Still waiting on a phone call back for a solution. In my honest opinion shop elsewhere.

I had dealings with this firm when it was under the name of LEL Fireplaces.Items were purchased from my company by the then Rebeca Owen (before she married) . She then went bankrupt owing me and a good friend of mine much money and then set up this business in a different name. I was shocked to see yet another company selling fireplaces being run by this woman.I would strongly advise anybody that supplies goods to this company to receive payment before handing over your goods .

I had a leak in twin wall flue which was causing my back boiler to rust . As it’s my only heat source for my central heating and I have young children I was very concerned I wouldn’t be able to heat my house this winter . Also I needed to limit the damage to my system .Chris from Log On told me he would come down soon and to ‘leave it with him’.4 weeks went by and I kept asking If he could help and he said he could so I waited and eventually he stopped answering the phone . Obviously it wasn’t a big enough job for him but just say if you don’t want to do a job and don’t waste people’s time .I called home of heating and they came out the next day and fixed it in half an hour. Just wish I called them first .

Great service, friendly people, I am really impressed with Log on Fires. The day my log burner was due to be fitted there were gales, but Chris still came out to have a look before arranging to return later in the week when the weather was better. This really was excellent service, and the fitting was quick, clean and tidy and Chris returned exactly when he said he would. I also appreciated the help I received in the show room - I arrived at a very busy time but Rebecca made sure I saw several stoves and answered all my questions fully. I cannot fault the service (or the Burley stove). Highly recommended. Thank you!!
