Great customer service with a personal touch. Very friendly staff who are always happy to help and provide solid advice. They have always gone above and beyond when ordering and been flexible with service delivery. They have allowed collection from the warehouse before a click and collect service was available.Now the online shop provides a click and collect service which is great for the last minute, panic purchases before venturing out.The prices are the best around and brand quality is great. I have made several purchases over the years and have no hesitation in returning. They are my first choice option when making a purchase or price comparison and they always come out on top.Keep up the good work

What a great little company bought a new inflatable tent and for some reason it was a double order. This was cancelled straight away at my request and the money refunded immediately and then completed my original order and sent the item straight away. Good tent at a great price I had looked at many other sites for the same product and could not beat there price. Honestly can't recommend them enough Darren on the telephone was particularly helpful. I'm a very happy customer.

Incredibly poor and disappointing customer service (and the lack of) I have emailed and waited a week to which I heard nothing back. I’ve since private messaged social media accounts, messaged on posts which have been deleted and still not heard anything. All regarding quite an expensive order which is faulty. Wow what a great company bought a Coleman Darwin 2+ tent very last minute. Called and explained my timeline and they got it to me quickly and were so helpful & lovely on the phone. Fantastic wee tent, it rained solidly all weekend and it stayed dry! Just make sure the inner and outer material do not touch. Simple.Better as a 1man with space, 2man would be quite tight!. Camping chair was all I needed too.Thank you WoW Camping.

We purchased a Cadac Safari Chef 30 QR barbecue and were not sure of which hoses to purchase in order to use with gas canisters. We ordered using click and collect and got lots of useful advice on collection. Very helpful and very good value.
