For a monthly membership of about £50 per month: Instructors consistently rock up late to classes, often just training during the sessions rather than coaching. The class schedule for beginners, int, advanced is meaningless i.e. you can arrive as a beginner to a beginner session and end up full contact sparring with advanced members incl. head contact and no head gear. The facility itself is fantastic but ultimately not worth the money given the poor service and management.

Awful experience. I went twice, and on both occassions the trainers were sitting around or talking to each other the whole time instead of teaching or paying any interest. It was super un-organised, so alot of time going back and forth to get equipment and to get access to the facility. They let someone who is a participant and not a trainer take over the session, and thereafter he pushed us hard even though I am a beginner and hadn't warmed up. This resulted in a serious hip injury, so I won't be able to train for a year or so now.

Loved attending the Muay Thai classes, feel a lot more confident since attending. World class coaching in Dean and Josias is available, both very humble people who will ensure that no question is left unanswered and are very understanding on beginners. Can’t speak highly enough of them

Been coming to Muay Thai here a couple times a week for over a year. Dean & Josias are both excellent coaches. Josias has a contagious enthusiasm and Dean has in-depth technical knowledge of the sport that makes us improve rapidly. Easily the best coach I've ever had. The combination of the two works very well for all levels, from beginners/recreational up to competitive fighters. I achieved a lot and enjoyed it all the way!

Having trained at many other fighting gyms/academy gyms I enjoy OMAA, the coaches are outstanding and their teaching makes a real difference to not only performance but also the whole atmosphere and vibe of the classes. What would make it 5 stars is if the head coach- Dean James were to teach more days per week at an even level to Josias. The gym is missing a trick here.

Best place to train Muay Thai in Oxford!!!.The Coaches are patient and always pushing you to be the best version of yourself. Amazing Muay Thai coaches like Josias, Dean and Guppy. They are very friendly and experienced, and they take the time to make sure your technique is correct and teach you new things and ideas during padwork. Highly recommend the Muay Thai classes whether you want to be a fighter or just get a good workout.⭐

Just moved here from California and was in search of a new gym to continue training Muay Thai and I couldn't be happier. The coaching staff is incredibly talented, super friendly, and most of all everyone has been very welcoming. Another great part is they have a huge variety in available times to train. Been in and out of gyms a bunch over the past couple of months and this is by far my favorite.
