I want to say a big and profound thank you to you Mr Ben. I have been having issues with my Hotpoint fridge freezer for over a month now. I called in the Whirlpool engineers, they came in the first day and had to reschedule another engineer to come around a second day to sort out the fridge freezer but still couldn’t resolve the problem after the second visitation. In between the first and second visit by the engineers I had to go online to search for private refrigerators repair engineers and found Me Ben. After the second visit with the Hotpoint/Whirlpool (domestic and general) engineers resulted to nothing. I had to contact Mr Ben. He said my address was too far for him to get to my place and asked me to call him on video call afterwards I explained the condition of the problem to him on the phone. Surprise, surprise, Mr Ben was able to work me through the whole process and got my fridge freezer working again over a video call. I would say Mr Ben is a genus at his job and I can’t thank him enough. You can Ben rest assured and be confident to call on Mr Ben for your refrigerator problems and I am confident you won’t regret signing up Mr Ben for any refrigerator problems you got, the man is a genus at his craft and skill set is excellent. Thanks again Mr Ben!

We contacted Ben on the Saturday about a problem with our fridge and he came the next day even though it was a Sunday to repair it. Very pleased with Ben’s service….friendly, professional and he helped rectify the problem promptly. We would certainly contact Ben again in future when needed.

Our frost free freezer was not working properly. I rang Ben and showed him the freezer on FaceTime. He gave me advice and said there was no fee. I did what he suggested and now its perfect. A very knowledgeable professional man and a gentleman. Will only use him from now on. Remarkable service. No wonder all his reviews are 5 star

The best service from a genuinely lovely man! My 3 year old fridge wasn't cooling although the freezer was fine. He came out to my house in the evening, quickly identified the issue, showed me what part to order and thoroughly showed me how to fit the part myself to save any further repair costs. I was able to fit the new part with ease thanks to his expert demonstration. Can't recommend enough!

I called Ben this afternoon as I was having issues with my fridge, not going cold all the way to the bottom of the back wall. Ben came to our house this evening and diagnosed the problem very quickly, he explained everything he was doing and sourced a replacement part online for me to purchase and then carefully showed me how to fit the part. I cannot recommend Ben highly enough, he is a master at his work and a true gentleman. 10/10

We don’t do google reviews, but we are delighted to have found Ben after reading the reviews, and our fridge freezer died. You can phone Ben with absolute confidence in getting genuine nice guy, doing cracking honest job. In this throw away world fixing seems a dying art ! Full marks to Ben, true professional and highly recommended, We have our much loved fridge freezer alive !
