Great night had by all, huge range equipment to choose from for all ages and all weathers, never seen another place with so much to offer under one roof. Will call again

I'd go anywhere but here. absolutely no pride in their work. Took lumps out of the floor while putting it down. Floor was so uneven that it was a trip hazard. We hired a basic package and by jesus it was basic, rusted and dirty. They had to be asked to move the marquee as they had a pole running right in the centre of the double doors to which we were exiting our house to enter the marquee. The pictures he sends are not representative of the rubbish you actually get. The company surveyed our back garden months before and knew it was uneven. It was up to them to make it save and even, which I had to do myself. Upon collecting the marquee again they couldn't get it packed up quick enough. And didn't even say there were finished up. At the time I was asked if I was happy enough, and I just said yes, because, if you have to be told not to put a steel bar right in the centre of a doorway, I thought theirs not much point saying anything to them. Such a disappointment. Only for we decorated the marquee ourselves, it was just horrible.

*Long Review*Thanks once again to Aidan and his team at Party Town for the excellent service. We had a family event at the weekend and Aidan again made it all possible and really easy to gather in the garden. The high quality gazebos and both bouncy castles kept all the adults and children happy for the entire weekend. Set up was really quick as always as they are so experienced at what they do. That being said Aidan took plenty of time to make sure everything was as we needed. This included getting photos and measurements of the space I had before suggesting the best option. Had I needed anything to decorate the gazebos it wouldn't have been a problem either! There was no problem moving things around once they were up initially to prevent anyone tripping on a dip in my grass!For a previous park party we hired the Pop Up Party Pub which was fantastic. Pub, heater, fridge, lights, speakers; all excellent. And we will be doing it again now as things allow for bigger parties. Aidan also suggested the best surface to use, considering it was a blustery St Patricks Day. Everything was so well pegged in the team had a job cut out when they came to collect everything at midnight. A long day for someone coming so far at that time of night.For a different party my son and his cousins enjoyed a full week of a bouncy castle for a party too at the cost of the weekend hire!!!I've recommended Party Town to family and friends and would do so again at the drop of a hat.Thanks again Party Town and we'll definitely be in touch again. 5* service!
