Layton Remaps & Performance

Terrible.Used a chap called sid who has since left the country.Had my campervan mapped, he scratched the ecu and after refusing to accept this was the cause I spent over £700 in towing fees, mechanics etc who all confirmed it was the ecu due to it being scratched during mapping.Sid bought us a new ecu and replaced it and wolla it worked.Told sid I wanted reimbursing for the money spend as a consequence of his actions to diagnose the van and have it towed after it died while we were in the north of the country - I he refused and said he will give us a free dpf clean (because naturally that's what we wanted after forking out hundreds due to his mistake... I didn't want him anywhere near my cars!)He then messaged saying he had left the country so we emailed the franchise head office who basicly ignored us and said the issue is with the franchisee.Thanks a lot.Avoid avoid avoid.

Took my car for an egr delete and re map, now my cruise controls not working they said they would have a look at it and they're avoiding speaking to me now, so wouldn't recommend this place at all

wouln't even give 1 star its a zero stars from me.wouldn't use layton remaps, no support, wont issue refunds and blames the tuners equipment for a problem with their file.stay well away

Can't fault this company they fast, friendly with great customer service , will go out of their way to help you. and their prices are good value too.. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I use them regularly. best decision I ever made. haven't looked back.. keep up the great work guys!!!

This company only good for money grabbers who's want cheap files .But definitely not for professional workers. Whos want to do proper work . I knew that and i used laytons just sometimes only for cheap cars .and i can tell how layton works . For example. I asked delete adblue . And after map dpf faults came . Not even started vehicle. They asking for faults just simply delete the dtc . To be clean on diagnostic. But I don't want customer have a problem with dpf in future . becouse dpf was perfect before .just adblue wasn't deleted properly which effected dpf faults. On their portal i never seen whos giving one star for work. becouse they simply delete feedback and throwing out of portal . If you trying complaining about bad job done you be thrown out too. Last i try todo passat cc and file was declined. Anthony said he doesn't have map for this version and he don't wanna spend 1 hour to make it . Simple thing. 5min copied file -£25 .if need work just f.o saying sorry. I tried to complain and he started to be rude and closed my account with outstanding balance.Stole my money .and blocked phone .its just becouse i wasn't happy with his job !! Anthony is nasty man . thinking he is the best company in the world.if anybody try say something he just throwing out. He don't care about anybody. Avoid this Roof specialists started Remapping business. I'll make video on YouTube about this company.with all chats and proof how they work !!! And big advice to Anthony calm down and don't be thinking you are higher others !!!! I hope stolen money makes you happy and lift you budget . Buy ice cream for kids

Nice staff diagnosed a problem on my truck nobody else could for 2 mths or more took there and was solved with in ten mins would recommend asking if you have a problem with your car that nobody can find not expensive to have reading diagnostic done but worth the money the remap to make better of fuel and running system
