TECH Repairs Nottingham

Very disappointing service in the end.I went in February to have my iPhone 8 screens replaced. My phone was only 5 months old at first I was impressed with the professional service but after my screens where fixed I noticed my microphones wasn’t working nor my back camera. Colin was very prompt in ensuring me he will rectify this problem and sort it. Again I was happy as he took responsibility. I did have to wait a further 3 weeks for the microphone to be replaced at this time the back camera had started working again, unfortunately when I went back to get the microphone replaced and the phone got taken apart again we realised it was the wrong microphone so I had to wait a further 2 weeks. At this point my back camera is not working again due to being dismantled again. I keep getting told it’s due to static. So I wait.. upon finally getting the microphone part replaced we had a look at the camera and it just isn’t turning back on so Colin ordered a further part to replace this. Again very apologetic I was more than happy to wait... after all we all make mistakes sometimes and I was greatful for him rectifying his error. However from this point I have tried to get back in with Colin to see if the part has arrived and I did get a response saying it has but due to illness he isn’t able to carry out the work which again I completely understand however as you can imagine how disappointing to see he is carrying work out on other customers yet now not willing to correct his mistakes.I have been contacting Colin to resolve this it getting no reply as after waiting nearly 4 months for a repair I never went to him for isn’t acceptable.I am now left with a phone. That has the battery loosing power and swelling making the front of the screen come away ( this is due to over heating the battery when replacing the screen) & also still no back camera. I am having to purchase another phone. Please be wary. I was very trusting thinking I would have my phone sorted the same day but unfortunately I’m now have a phone worse than when I took it here. & also being ignored just because the repair can’t be bothered to be done! I had recommended people to Colin despite the mistake at first however I would advice to have such complex change on iphone to leave it to apple! I have since asked for a refund numerous of times but my messages simply get ignored.
