Easy to deal with happy with my purchase

Have filled an application with these guys twice, they accept the application, take your deposit and then you dont hear from them until they tell you they have changed management and the new management has rejected your application. They sent the wrong paperwork through for the wrong van, they said after accepting my application that they couldn't actually provide the van that i chose due to my home and licence address being different. They we always made aware of this from the beginning. They then changed the prices when they did send through any documents and once we questioned why the price had changed they cancelled the application and have not returned my deposit for a second time, ive had to call as they ignore emails and the person who answers is the name on all the emails but his response to me asking why the deposit has not been returned is that he needs to contact the accounts team. There has never been any accounts team before i asked for my money back everything was dealt with by a Stuart. This company is just a scam and is stealing peoples deposits i doubt they even have any vans to provide as ive never heard of anyone using them or seen any reviews. AVOID
