Having attended a few funerals during my years as a resident of Redditch, I have always been impressed by the location of the crematorium, and the beautiful view and tranquillity of the venue.However the acoustics of the main chapel are dreadful, and I'm surprised that nothing has ever been done about it. Has nobody ever considered installing acoustic panels or, at least, soft drapes to deaden the echoes? It is often extremely difficult to hear what is being said during services.

What a wonderful clean and peaceful crematorium. Lovely large picture window with stunning views across Worcestershire countryside. Friendly staff. Comfortable seating. Excellent Covid safety. Lots of good parking.Very impressed.

Good setting and the full size window looking out is inspiring. Not sure why the coffin only sinks down a few feet and would have preferred it if it had vanished out ot of site at the end of the service.

We all know why we attend a crematorium ,so it's difficult to write a joyous review, but it is a clean and pleasant building internally. With a lovely picture window, giving a wonderful view of the gardens beyond.Extensive parking.Public toilets.
