Absolutely brilliant! I hired a tub for my son’s birthday party. It was a great hit! I also loved that I had it for 4 days so got to enjoy it myself too. The service provided was professional, quick and no fuss at all. Would definitely recommend

What a wonderful weekend we had in June, celebrating our son's birthday and Father's Day. From the moment we contacted Dave, he was informative and friendly. He arrived when he said he would, actually early enough on the Thursday morning we were able to have our first dip in the evening, even though we weren't expecting to be able to use it until the Friday, so we felt we got an extra day. The tub was immaculately clean and the set up was lovely with artificial grass, gazebo, lights and a tub to pre wash feet before stepping in. My husband was in when Dave arrived on both occasions and he commented that Dave was a lovely bloke. Instructions, dip tests and contact details were left in case of any problems. Dave also explained he used a product in the water that caused no reaction to the skin and we had absolutely no issues, as promised. Nothing was too much trouble. The only thing we would have liked is another filter. We followed all the instructions of rinsing the filter through with water, 3 times a day, also showering before use, no false tan, no makeup etc and still on the second day we were getting the error code about the filter. Our friends who have owned a hot tub said this was normal. We would definitely hire again and the kids want to put money towards hiring again in the future, but I would make sure I buy a pack of filters or pay Dave for a spare just to reduce the error messages on that last day. We hired a seven person hot tub and gazebo for my sister’s hen party. My initial enquiry was responded to very quickly and Dave was so helpful in his recommendations and explaining everything. I was very pleased with the speed and process of the set up and removal, which they very kindly organised around my availability. I was left with a confident understanding of how to maintain the hot tub over the weekend and the tub itself was very clean and easy to use!
