TinyTalk Lincoln: Baby Signing and Toddler Talking

Poppy and I absolutely love our tiny talk classes. Each class is so welcoming and full of fun. Danielle is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and makes learning the signs easy. We love all the singing and bubbles at sensory time. The play session in the second half is lovely. It's great to have a cuppa and chat with other parents. I would 100% recommend this session for babies as well as toddlers. We started attending at 5 monthd old and even at such a young age Poppy gets alot out of it.

I can't say enough good things about this group. My son started when he was 17 months when Danielle first set up the class. I love how the class is split in 2 parts so we learn new signs and sing songs and then have a cuppa and chat with other parents whilst the kids play. My son has learnt so many signs which I believe brought his speech on in leaps and bounds. Danielle's enthusiasm is infectious and Luke absolutely adores her. Thank you Danielle we always really look forward to Friday mornings with you!

I was a little hesitant to bring my 4 month old to tinytalk as he was so young, but can whole heartedly say not only does it benefit him, but me too. It gives me the tools & skills to make signing part of our daily routine, and gets me out the house to talk to other mums and tires my baby out! Danielle is absolutely amazing, so so welcoming and watching the older babies sign so freely is amazing. I’m glad I can provide my baby Danielle’s skills and knowledge to give him the best chance at being understood and inclusive for his future! Thank you x x

Highly recommend this group my 18 month has been for 2 sessions and is already picking up signs, Danielle is a great teacher and makes everyone feel welcome there is a great atmosphere.

Great fun classes, learnt lots of signs with fun singing and play for the little ones. Also get a great cup of tea and biscuits for mummy social time afterwards!

We love Danielle and TinyTalk.I have been attending for a few weeks now with my 6 week old baby and I take my mum along.I booked this class before I had my baby because I feared my anxiety would stop me leaving the house once I’d had baby and I needed to force myself out.Well after class 1 there is no need to “force” myself out, I look forward to it. The group is small and friendly. Danielle involves everybody and it feels like a really safe space. The babies love it and my mum too (class grandma ❤️)The signs are all relevant to their age and our day to day life. Most learning is done through common nursery rhymes so it’s easy to remember and we then sing and sign at home.The class is so well structured and after we’ve done all our singing and signing then sensory play with rattles and bubbles, the babies get the toys out and the parents get a cuppa and a biscuit for a chat. I have got lots from this little social time, you hear about different tips and things other parents in the same boat as you have tried, find out about different baby groups/support classes that others attend.Would highly recommend to anyone- I have been telling all my friends!!My main reason for going is for myself at the age my baby is, but I will continue when she’s older and I hope she loves it as much as me and her grandma do.Some group can be intimidating and you feel like you are being judged by “super mum” experts but I can hand on heart say this is not the case in this class or with Danielle.Thank you Danielle for providing a beautiful class and a safe environment for a very anxious mama!!

My 11 month old and I love this class! A really lovely class for parents and babies (she also does a Toddler class) Danielle is a great teacher and a lovely person. I felt welcomed immediately when joining the group part way through a term, everyone is so friendly. I've done a few baby classes with my 1st and now 2nd little one, and this one is one of our true favourites. Little ones love it, will be entertained and as parents we get to see them enjoying themselves, and we also a little bit of time for ourselves with a much-needed (hot!) cup of tea, biscuit and a chat ..this can't be underestimated! :-) xx
