After asking around multiple well known jewellers about sizing an engagement ring , I was turned down by all of them until I found Woodley goldsmiths who assured me that what I wanted was possible. I have just picked up my resized ring and I am so impressed with the results! highly recommend these guys!

I got my fiance's engagement ring resized here and it was quick (a day), great service for money and the ring was resized well. It still looks stunning and you can't tell anything has been done to it . Compared to another local jewellers who were going to charge me twice the amount and take 2 weeks, I am very happy and thought I ought to leave a review!

Bought a ring a couple of months ago. Quality checked over that length of time and holds up well. Very friendly staff who knows exactly what they talk about and tell you how it is.

Visited Woodley Goldsmiths today 16th November 2023, nice products in store but sadly the staff lack Customer Service skills. I brought a Citizen Gentlemen's Watch costing £199.00, entering the shop there was no welcome from the member of staff, no smile and no Customer interaction, the only reason I went to Woodley Goldsmith's is the original shop I was going to buy from was out of stock , to be honest Christmas time is when Customer Service should be a 100% as shops need to survive, I won't be visiting again not ever.

If you want good old fashion service with a smile, go to Woodley Goldsmiths. Wow what a huge range of jewellery & gifts they have. Prices to sort all budgets. I don't go anywhere else. The friendly team has repaired my jewellery, fitted a watch strap and advised me on a valuation. My last purchase of a pocket watch went down a storm with my dad. A lovely, independent shop, who would should all support.

Friendly and good service. Special shout out for Donna the Manager who went out of her way to make sure I was really happy with my ring re-sizing and rhodium plating. I would recommend.

Helpful from start to finish with my unique engagement ring. From spending time in the shop it looks like the can cater for most things.The stones I wanted were not normal stock and they made special arrangements to pick some up from London so was able to fulfil what I wanted.

My watch stopped working and I thought it might be one of those cases where its uneconomical to repair, instead Woodley Goldsmiths clarified it was a simple issue and fixed it for free! Fantastic service :-)

I contacted the shop in person back in October as I wanted earrings designed for Mum's birthday that match a necklace brought there 20 odd years before. Then we were faced with another lockdown and my hopes of having these made by her birthday this week were in question. I left a message and Andy got back to me with the assurance that he could source the components and make them in time.Andy called and the earrings were picked up last Saturday, they are perfect in both design and workmanship and I know she will love them.Thank you to Andy and the team at Woodley Goldsmiths for an outstanding service in the face of adversity - I will be shopping there for years to come and recommending them to all I know, may be I can persuade my Husband to buy my birthday present from there, he usually does as he's that last minute kind of shopper!! ;-) Thank You Debbie
