BIC Car Park

Paid £9 for the length of stay of the show, compared to other places this is relatively cheaper.Took a while to get out at the end, but they did tannoy to say traffic was busy on the road which is why it was taking time for us to move. Waited approx 30 mins to leave.Got there an hour before the show started and was on Level 7 as car park was filling quickly.

Parked in the BIC car park to see Leona Lewis this evening and was hugely shocked about the state of this car park. There was parking spaces on floor 9 that homeless people had made into their homes. Yes it was sad to see but what a mess with litter, half eaten food strewn all over the place. When we went down to the venue via the lift there was more food rubbish from KFC and McDonald’s strewn over the lift floor and on the exit/entrance. As usual it took 45 minutes to vacate the car park. I believe it could do with some traffic management instead of leaving the cars to road rage between themselves. Shame it’s a very poorly run car park for a nice venue

Very good, felt very safe owing to ideal spot to leave car for 5 days during working away. Ticket machine failure at the end for me and various colleagues but handled smoothly by the support staff. Thank you BIC car park. I'll be back.

This is a convenient place to park for access to the BIC or to local Bournemouth attractions, however the cost is prohibitive short and long term. Many car parks close to the same area for at least half the price.

Absolutely horrible experience. Waited over 45 minutes to get out of the car park and in the end I'm still not sure why. There was no one to help and no contact numbers on the website. For such an expensive parking lot, you'd think it would be better. This is the 2⁰ time this has happened, and I won't be parking here again.

a large car park with a quick walk to the beach or the Bournemouth International Centre. However, quite expensive and going down the stairs is not a pleasure because it stinks

Old and tired, very tight ramps and the staircase smells bad. Could do with some maintenance. Cost £20 for 24 hours, we parked in October and there were plenty of spaces.

Good parking for disabled badge holders.On show nights it takes ages to exit the car park because no one will give way.it would be so good if there could be someone to co ordinate the cars.

Expensive £20 for 8hrs rip off as jehovah convention no option

Pre booked our parking for a recent show. Booking is easy enough and makes life much easier when you arrive/leave. Just drive up to the barrier, have your number plate verified and in you drive to a guaranteed parking space (not allocated). You can arrive a good time ahead of the show, which gives you the opportunity to make a night of being out out. At the end of the night, locate your car, drive up to the barrier and out you go. No need to go to the pay machine in order to leave and to pay a higher amount than if you pre book. What's not to like. Oh, did I mention that the parking is adjacent to the BIC so no hiking is involved.
