Ollie has been fantastic in orchestrating the recent let of my property. As a first time landlord I had lots of questions, so being able to WhatsApp him as and when they occurred to me was really helpful - there were no hoops to jump through or emails to wait for, just a professional and friendly response when he was able to respond. Working in the industry, I know most agents don’t invest much time, effort or love when marketing rental properties, but Ollie spent hours meticulously filming, photographing and then editing all the digital marketing collateral to ensure my home looked its best and that I was therefore able to achieve the rental price I hoped for. Needless to say, the flat was let within a week after a handful of viewings in one afternoon. I would highly recommend Ollie and his support team at Avocado (property manager Pooja has so far been excellent, too) based on my experience, and I am looking forward to continuing to work with them.
