Had this care Agency to come and help shower etc with my disabled daughter. They let me down at the last minute on numerous occasions. They were only needed twice a week for 3 hours a day, but they kept choosing to send there carers elsewhere, that was more hours. they did not care about my Daughter's needs. All they are interested in is making money.
