We walk here everyday. There are always plenty of new paths to discover and very friendly people and dogs to meet. Either the added joy of the delightful Stubbings garden centre and cafe positioned like an oasis at one end. This is a dog walking haven. Enjoy!

Great place to have a wander and take the dogs for a walk. Can get a little muddy in places and keep an eye out for bikes and horses.

A beautiful place to walk, with or without dogs. It feels safe and is well maintained by The National Trust. I wish there were one or two bins around, especially just over the bridge from the car park- the only one I found was at the car park itself. Because of this I think quite a few people have littered their dog bags and many have not picked up at all. It was nice and quiet on a sunny weekday, will definitely be back.

Great place for walking with the family, dogs and friends. Open space as well as woodland. Fab in the summer, muddy in the winter (so do take boots). Keep an eye out for the deer - they see and hear you long before you see them. Also frequented by horse riders so do try to keep dogs under control as the horse riders are at best ignorant of the designated bridal paths.

Pretty and green but a bit too muddy to walk some paths without hiking boots. I'm local and I visit it frequently.

Acres of woodland to explore… whether a long or short walk along various paths, there’s always something new to see & discover…
