I was v happy with the service. Despite booking for a 30 minute consultation, Dr Ibrahim spent one hour with me answering all of my questions. Kel, from reception, also helped process my blood test v fast and ensured that my waiting time was reduced.

I had a health screening at Syon Clinic, the nurse and the doctor were very friendly and patient to my questions and concerns. Doctor Seng is professional and he provided a lot of advice to me regarding how to have a healthier life during the consultation session. I would recommend any other people who is looking for a place for health screening.

I had a really lovely experience with Nurse Hemant who went above and beyond his duties to take care of me, find the doctor and get the amendments needed on my forms for a smooth and comfortable blood test. Little things count. His ability to put patients at ease and his phlebotomy skills are exceptional. Completely painless. A credit to the Syon Clinic

My experience of the Dr’s and specialists here, has to date, been great. The reception and admin staff however are absolutely awful. They are young, immature and full of attitude. They have inappropriate conversations when they are booking you in and make silly, avoidable mistakes they then refuse to fully own or accept.

I am being treated by Dr G Perera and nurse Paulina at Syon Clinic. Dr Perera is really thorough in explaining procedures and treatments necessary for my ailment. I had minor surgery and the nurse who accompanied Dr Perera was Paulina. She was really pleasant and so very helpful. Also very thorough, double-checking my bp which was quite high when she first took a reading. She also explained all that i was having done in full detail so that myself and my husband fully understood. Im very happy to recommend both Dr and nurse at Syon Clinic.I would also like to say that Dr Perera's secretary Cherie is amazing. Thank you for all your help.

I attended a health assessment at Syon Clinic. I arrived early and Hemant the nurse kindly took me in before my scheduled appointment so I was able to have a hot drink and a bite to eat as I had been fasting. He kindly clearly explained all the steps of the assessment, and kept me informed thought out. Dr Akbari was so kind, reassuring and understanding, as she went though some of the results.

An excellent first class service today provided by Carol Bagayama extracting blood for tests. After attending four other clinics for blood tests Carol's service was far superior. I have no hesitation commending her for her kindness, patience and knowledge together with her colleague.

The Syon Clinic is amazing. Extremely friendly staff, very professional, immaculate clinic and I especially love the lovely Carol who made me feel very comfortable and stress-less during my health assessment. This is my second assessment in the Syon Clinic in two years. They saved my life as they found breast cancer which was detected early and removed by surgery followed by Radiotherapy. I highly recommend coming here. You won’t regret it.

Very friendly Dr Angela Jones was exceedingly generous with her time and made me feel better just by being kind in addition to being extremely helpful, amazing guided test by nurse Simran and painless blood test by nurse Carol were all done on the spot! Reception of the first floor fed me digestives as I was feeling hungry after spending several productive hours in the hospital.Overall, I was very well looked after and I am gladly leaving this review.
