Van Monster

The sales staff here were professional, patient and courteous when I stopped by last Saturday. I did not purchase a van on this occasion as I am currently exploring my options with a view to upgrading to both a larger and newer van some time in the near future.

I just bought myself a new van from here, I dealt with Chris and he was a pleasure to do business with, very friendly and very professional. Talked me through the whole process and advised me where I needed it. Will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and will definitely be buying any future vans from here in the future

Richard met my husband on his initial visit looking for a new van. He was very informative and helpful finding the right van for his needs. When my husband returned to purchase the van he arranged refund of the tax from our present van and ordered the new tax for the new van. His customer service was exemplary, explaining everything has he went along, making sure that my husband was aware that the paperwork takes a long while to fit in. Richard had most of the paperwork filled in ready. certainly recommend this dealership

Brilliant from start to finish. Richard was amazing and made everything easy and very clear. Was dreading the thought of a ‘typical’ car salesman but Richard is nothing the like and I had a great time through the whole experience. Can’t wait to get the next van, thankyou Richard!

The sales team were great. Sadly the vehicle was not, and the aftercare was poor at best. Day 3 of owning van I was locked out of it, had to be recovered by a local firm. Engine light came on. Local garage did diagnostics and found a catalogue of things wrong with the van. Van went back to VM. The customer service team were shocking!! Van was with them 5weeks. Had van back 3 1/2 months for it to completely shut down? Couldn’t move it, lock it or use it? Again customer service at VM was very poor. Eventually they collected it and did diagnostics, told me my warranty that they provided didn’t cover me??? The customer service lady was quite bullish in her approach and out right lied about my warranty and what they could do vs what was actually their legal requirement under the consumer act? I had to pay to remove van and take to Mercedes. VM literally did not want to know???Mercedes had the van a further 121 days.I would not use this company or recommend buying from here!! I bought a newer van thinking it would save me money and would last me? Quite the opposite happened… it’s already cost me thousands £££ within the first 6months of owning it.AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

After having a bad experience buying and running my last company van, I was really quite nervous about buying another. However, Richard at Vanmonster Coventry made the whole experience really rather enjoyable.I told him what I was after, my budget and the features required and he made a recommendation of two models that would suit me. We then narrowed that down to individual vehicles.He thoroughly explained all options and benefits about purchasing with Vanmonster. His time, attention, and politeness were just something that I did not experience at other dealerships.We found my ideal van quickly and when it came to collect, Richard had filled in all of the reams of paperwork in advance ready to be checked over and signed.All in all this was a really positive experience and Richard gave me great peace of mind.I absolutely love my new van. Not a great experience. I don't think the salesman understood how patronising he was. You sure the van you seen online is with vanmosnter as there are a lot of van sales out there". Asked about bubbled paint work "it's a work van...". No
