I would strongly not recommend this nursery, they forgot to collect my child from school and then to top it off the owners attitude was horrendous. Removed my child with immediate effect and wouldn’t even refund my premium for the month. They can keep the money they obviously need it more than me, can you use it towards customer services training and maybe a better diary system.

I’ve just met a Mother of a 20 month old boy at a play gym in Brighouse with association to this nursery. The young boy was big and chunky of mixed race and his Mother (overweight) with blonde hair was gloating to me how this nursery focuses on understanding emotions and building relationships. Yet...her vile son had just bullied my 15 month old son in the play gym. Nipped him, pushed him to the floor, aggressively tried to steel his juice bottle off of him and angrily followed him around. At the end he stood on my sons bare feet with his trainers on. I pulled my son away each time. But after that horrific experience, just moving from an educated and affluent area myself (Clifton, Bristol) where children are nurtured properly - I’m appalled at the standard of a: parenting and b: not tackling bullying behaviour at this nursery. “Outstanding” by West Yorkshire standards, quite clearly.
