What was on site was helpful but still waiting for a callback. Year later still not a peep!

This isn’t the first time that Greenthumb have not turned up for an appointment. The first time there must have been some confusion from the back office as they told me a different date. Luckily I was in and the treatment was done.Every time a treatment is booked I have to ring the morning of to get an approximate time. If you don’t do this you are just expected to stay in the house all day waiting for them to turn up to give access.I was supposed to have an appointment today however it was cancelled but no reason given. I was asked to call up and was told the person was sick and the only day they could do was 7 days later. I asked for an earlier time but was told they were fully booked. No apology for the inconvenience and made to feel I was the inconvenience.Rather disappointing service.

We have only had the services of Green Thumb" for a couple of months

They really know about lawns.
