I have recently went to visit Relax Therapies with Denise McManus with a tight shoulder and neck pain. After thorough questioning and examination, Denise got right to the problem giving a deep massage and even gave me some tips on how to get relief. Denise is such a knowledgable therapist and immediately puts her clients at ease with the warm welcome you will receive. I regularly receive reflexology treatments from Denise and always leave feeling so much better.

Cannot recommend Denise highly enough, from the moment I arrive I am met with a warm welcome, a cosy treatment room, the treatments which Denise provide are superb, helping alleviate a lot of physical and mental problems, I always emerge “floating”. Just try it.....

What can I say Denise is as genuine as they come. I was very nervous going for training yesterday and didn't know what to expect. Denise was super welcoming and from the minute I walked through the door she made me feel at ease. She is a down to earth person who genuinely wants everyone she trains to do well. I honestly felt so at home all day and this was my first time meeting Denise. She goes the extra mile for everyone and is such a support to have when starting your own business. I couldn't have asked for better!

Denise has a wonderful ability to immediately put you at ease and into a calming place with her voice and words. I was so emotionally unstable when I contacted her and straight away she arranged an over the phone tapping session to try and give me some sort of clarity and peace of mind. All I can say is this women is a miracle worker! I went from not being able to think straight, constantly worrying about all sorts of stuggles in my lie and feeling completely overwhelmed to insanely calm and relaxed to a level I didn't think was possible escpially within one session, I was honestly blown away and still am. Will be back to Denise in future anytime I'm feeling the same way I previously did. Although she has taught me to do everything she done with me in the session myself, I feel her presence is special and really helps so will definitely be back! I had a wonderful training day with Denise, learning the art of Baby Massage. Denise put me completely at ease with her approachable nature. I felt the day was well structured and covered everything that will enable me to beable to offer baby massage and also instruct. Denise has a lovely nature and a really welcoming attitude with an abundance of knowledge and skills. I would highly recommend Denise as a trainer.
