Reserved a plot that was released early for us (apparently) and has never reappeared as available (there was other interest) but within 4 working days we had to cancel as my employer changed position on home working - despite being told deposit would be refunded it hasn’t happened - be wary! Lovely development and I’d live there if I could secure a mortgage with a new job - really disappointed

Buying a house for these guys, really pleased with the service we’ve received so far. Beth is so friendly and keeps us in the loop with where our house is at build wise. Move in around the end of July.
