I would like to give a huge thankyou particularly to Evie for the kindness & compassion she gave recently to our lovely Retriever Florence. Evie did everything she could but in the end we, as a family, made the sad decision to release Florence from her obvious pain & Evie agreed that we were making the right decision. When I went to collect the paw prints they had done, Evie came to reception to say how sorry shery she was & met our other Retriever Mabel. Thank you again.

This is the most awful organisation I have ever come across. I adopted a guinea pig which had a severe case of bordetella bronchopneumonia. He was clearly not treated and neglected. Within two days, I took him to the vet, the entire week I had him it was a nightmare but I did what the vet told me just to watch him die eventually... This was the most traumatising and scaring experience ive ever seen. I do not understand how it is legal for this organisation to handle animals when clearly they cannot. I would not touch them with a stick for the life of me ever again.... supporting this business is animal cruelty! I will inform everyone I know of my experience.

Seem to have more on the shelves than the Slough branch. Only problem was the lift was out of order. I am disabled so the stairs to the cat and vet area was a bit of a struggle. The staff were polite, helpful and professional. Will shop at the Maidenhead branch in future.

Recent trip in June 2023 wasn't too happy with the male sales assistant. Bought a couple of wood shrimp and he sent me to the tills saying he will get them and bring them down. He didn't give an option of selecting the ones I wanted (I asked for larger ones) and ended up with 2 rather small ones, I actually thought I had amino shrimp at first. Heard him do the same when someone else got some guppies, he sent them away and picked what he wanted.
