Absolutely rubbish waste of time company. Scam artist with extremely poor customer service. Purchased my 2 day test kit ahead and never received my kit; no tracking or ANY update regarding delivery after purchase, no follow up to half dozen emails and calls— ever, period. Do not, under any circumstances, use this company as they will NOT deliver your requested service and NEVER get back to you. There are more trusting and reliable companies elsewhere who actually deliver the order let alone care to get back to their customers with a courtesy message?!?! Don’t waste your money. STAY AWAY!!!

This training was by far the best career decision I’ve ever made. The tutors are amazing and very professional they not only teach you valuable skills but also make it enjoyable throughout the whole time you are training. I attended the intensive microbiology course. It was very useful and focus on the practical part of microbiology from day one.The admin/ staff will clarify your objectives (for me it was a research thesis), focus your efforts, time and resources productively, and achieve what you want.

Through LabMedExpert referral I had many job offers but unfortunately, I couldn't take any of them due to personal circumstances. Recently, I had an interview for a BMS role. I'm very grateful for Kunle as he thoroughly prepared me with a mock interview despite the fact that the interview was short notice. If it wasn’t for this preparation, I don’t believe I would’ve got the job offer. A rewarding experience to say the least.Although my job interview wasn't about a histopathology role, I used the transferable skills I have gained from the histopathology course at Labmed expert to answer the interview questions, giving me overall structure and confidence. Felt I should leave a review after ordering my day 2 test through LabMedExpert and then seeing all the terrible reviews. They were the first one on the Gov.uk website that were actually the price they stated in the list, rather than showing a lot lower there and being up to £99 when you clicked through. My day 2 test with LME was £25 including postage both ways. My test was dispatched with a tracking number the day after ordering and arrived the day after that. I sent my sample off in last post on Friday evening, expecting that I would not hear anything until Monday or Tuesday and I got my result back on Sunday morning. Just to clarify, on the result certificate, the sample time and date appears wrong... it's populated with the date and time you made your order rather rather the time and date you took your sample. It confused me at first, so worth a mention in case anyone else has this issue. Very happy with the service received from LME.

I did Microbiology training with LabMedExpert and the quality of training I received was excellent. The program is well thought out and executed. The trainers were incredibly helpful and experienced. The microbiology training course was intensive and reflective of current lab processes. They helped me with my CV and cover letter as well as provided interview and application tips. I got a job within 2 weeks of finishing the course at a mega lab. I wish I had done this course earlier!! I recommend LabMedExpert to everybody, don't delay! Thanks so much for your help.

Bought day 2 and day 8 tests, they sent me different reference numbers for each day, however for one reference number says in the email is for day 2, for day 8 there is a number but not mentioning that is day 8 test. At tge airport they didn't let me pass because they didn't write in the bill or booking email day 2 and day 8. Wrote only day 2 and provided 2 reference numbers. I have missed the plane for this issue. I had to track several times for a refund, which I still didn't received it.
