Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.They have a wide selection of mods, coils, tanks and juices, all very reasonably priced.Next time I'm in Bradford I'll definitely pay them a visit.

On the 20th of July I decided to treat myself and spent over £35 on new oils and a pack of coils.Unfortunately the coils wasn't working I immediately rang the shop to tell them that the coils are not working and each one was tasting of burnt and you couldn't draw anything, spoken to customer service Charlotte and she offered me a full reimbursement and assured me the coils wasn't fake but like anything else they do get a bad batch once in a while especially as you can't test them before the leave the factory.Fair point

Can't fault the customer service in the shop. Everytime I've been in,the staff have been so pleasant and helpful. I have been serval times now and the staff all great me with a smile. Definitely would recommend this place!
