I'd give them 0 if I could, nothing works in our flat, worst part is it's the taking picture flat and flat to show people, I stay at lakeside, 3 months or longer since I've moved in and the lock on our flat door has been broke anyone could just walk in, they don't care about your safety, the stuff at reception are rude and dont care they're like ok ok,keep telling us they've ordered new one, is this new lock seriously from China? No wonder why nothing works, the fridge we had to complain 3 times that it kept freezing our stuff until they gave us new one, toaster doesn't even work, my flatmate bathroom light doesn't even turn off and they haven't fixed it for a month now, just stay away from lakeside and unite students there the worst company ever they don't care about your safety they just care about your money

Reception desk is not at all helpful. Everyday they have a new guy who has no idea about anything related to the accommodation.

Staff is very friendly, but would often impose a strict no-can't-do attitude towards you if you come to them with a problem.Laundry machines are malfunctioning? Sorry we can't help, they (City Launderette) are external providers, we are not affiliated with them.Internet doesn't work? Sorry we can't help, they (Glide) are external providers, we are not affiliated with them.They say it as if they were reading the line from a script...clearly this has been made abundantly clear to them during their training.

The worst accommodation everDo not come to this place.

Not bad accommodation, we had multiple issues with one room and it took a long time to get it repaired, simple repairs don’t seem to have been done. Simple fixes like stopping doors squeaking, stopping doors sticking, mirrored film on the windows isn’t done properly either.Basics like being able to mop up and hoover wasn’t provided.

Good customer service

Parcel is directly sent to the reception, and you will need to waiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit for the reception to send you a email, apparently Log" the parcel into their system before you can collect it(Usually takes over a day)"

Lies over lies over lies, idk why noone has said anything about this, that lakeside kitchens look nothing like the ones they have shown on there website, or the bathroom, there are no sofas in the kitchen, not really a common room, this place is made out of lies, I wish I never chose to live with them

No No No for any student considering this accommodation.I would not recommend this accommodation to any student. The management is not responding to any problems. Heating system is not working, till the time of writing this review 11/10/2022 the accommodation is filthy. The online deliveries get lost and stolen, including credit cards. Save your youngsters that hassle of living in a stressful place with awful management.
