I sent my hand piece for repair February and got 6 months warranty and paid around £200, I called them before the warranty expires and advised to sent it for repair with no cost as it’s still under the warranty! Few days after they quoted me £175 plus VAT as they just got it late! Explained that it was a bank holiday and I did call before the warranty expires! They offer a £50 discount.All the hand pieces I bought from them really cheap quality and need repair before the warranty!

Be careful dentists. Money garbing company. Awful service. Very rude and abrupt staff, they simply do not care. I would not even give them one star if I could.

Unbelievable that such a company is allowed to operate. Our practice had purchased a physiodispenser that has repeatedly failed since first use. It's Surgical handpiece does not accept surgical drills from standard companies like Henry ScheinIt's customer service is non existent hiding behind the excuse of COVID.Unfortunately we dentist and other frontline workers do not have that excuse.

Is anyone else having problems with BA international. By accident I paid an invoice twice . I have been waiting almost 7 weeks to be reimbursed despite numerous phone calls. In 7 weeks i could achieve a lot. I could walk the pennine way 3 times, from Lands End to John o' Groats and halfway across America. What have BA international been doing ?One must seriously question the integrity and competence of this company

Extremely unhappy with the service.We sent a W&H Synea earlier this year for repair. Cost was almost the same as buying a new one.Handpiece arrived with a leak from the coupling. We returned it and have been told, that the spare part needed was not in stocks . Waited for over 3 months and even been told that W&H factory was robbed and this is why they don't have the part. Got fed up of waiting and asked our practice manager to request the return of the handpiece . That was over a month ago. They've sent a different model handpiece (ours had 5 LEDs,they've sent one with a single one) . Had to return that too, we've been told ours was sent to another practice . Finally got back to us almost three weeks later ,but still with the same fault. We received a letter on the 20th of October ,that a credit was raised on our account for £348.96 and we can have it refunded . BACS details provided several times by me and our practice manager . Guess what , a month later - no refund , no phone call,no reply to our emails and their account manager did not respond to the three phone calls we made today. Their service department redirected me to their account manager after holding me 15 minutes on the line today.For the records - the same handpiece got sent to the W&H along with another one with a similar issue. Both got repaired and the total cost was less than what I paid for a single one with BA international . And got sorted within two weeks only ,up and running as new !I rarely write such long and negative reviews , but I am absolutely fed up with these people !!! Complete nightmare ! And still haven't got my refund .

DENTISTS BEWARE! Extremely poor service, false advertising and not a care in the world for their clients, had a leaflet for equipment servicing free collection, paid £500+ for service in December (happy with this) only to find in may I get a bill for collection, called only to be told I am wrong and I need to pay, when I said I will take my business elsewhere they said they would make a note on my account and that was that, thousands of pounds worth of business flushed down the toilet without remorse. I bend to my clients will as retaining custom and reputation is everything why would you sabotage this for £60... I am sorry BA International but you have annoyed me today and the dental world is a very small market. I hope things change and your customers are more satisfied in the future. Kind regards
