The training and equipment received from the hearing lab has been excellent. The training itself was comprehensive and practical with a lot of hands on experience acquired. I would happily recommend the training to anyone looking to add micro-suction to their practice.

I attended Paul's micro wax suction course in September, held at Starkey Labs. I am disappointed in the quality of the training. It felt disorganised and could have been completed in a shorter amount of time. I would have liked to have had more clients and the clients whom we were going to practice our wax removal technique on, to have been screened beforehand to ensure they were suitable.

I am a musician and The Hearing Lab provided me with some custom monitors that help me hear only the parts I want to hear and protect my hearing at the same time. This should stop my hearing getting worse than it already is! I use them as my earphones too. Thanks again""
