Just had visit from Hafiz Qadir to do my survey, very professional, polite young man. Explained all what he was doing , and helped me with computer finding documents as I'm not really computer literate. Showed me plans of layout of home what he had done . Made it all easy and felt comfortable speaking to him . Even changed his shoes to slippers which I thought very thoughtful of him .

Excellent service received from this company for my loft insulation and new boiler. They were very professional and also very respectful and nice. Safa, the gentleman in the office who I dealt with was very efficient, professional, helpful, respectful and always very pleasant. He always promptly dealt with all my queries. 2 day and 3 hour delay in them finally turning up. Boiler installed, they missed checking 2of my radiators that are not working. Made a mess of my walls installing fans, ripping wires from other extractor. Insulated loft by putting insulation on top of loft floor. Left all of their rubbish in garden, promised twice to come back out no show, and now they are ignoring my messages.

If you want your house destroyed, use this company. I used this company for government-approved free boiler and central heating installation. They got a very unprofessional cheap labor person for pipe installation, and now every week there's a leak. I had about 10 fresh leaks within 8 months of installation. They have damaged my house.

EXCELLENT 5***** Nothing but positive, do not hesitate, had a new boiler and loft insulation installed in just over 2 weeks, Andy went above and beyond to make sure everthing was in place, communication was 2nd to none. I cannot speak anymore highly on how pro this company are. Thank you once again

Had a new boiler fitted ventilation and loft insulation , from start to finish an excellent experience, the boiler engineers were so professional did a great job. I've had ventilation and loft insulation done today, the lads were ace respected my property cleaned up after really lovely and friendly , thank you all so much

Had a new boiler , radiator thermostats, and 300mm insulation in the loft. The guys were super , very polite and accomodating, cleaned up all mess and worked till they had finished , all done in 1 day , would recommend this company.
