Tiny portion of chicken with mainly all chips. I ordered chicken fillet chopped with chips. After a long wait I received a box of chips with a sprinkle of tiny cut pieces of chicken. Must have been half a fillet. charged me £4. I complained and asked for some more chicken and was asked to pay £2 for extra chicken pieces. No apology just demand for the extra money. Disgraceful service. Never going there again. This place is very poor compared to the branch on Duckworth lane. Better to travel further and get better service and food.

Have been here a few times now and the food is always spot on. Waiting time are usually a couple of minutes as they’re always making things fresh. Customer service always on point. Best Fried chicken shop in Bradford by a country mile.Keep it up you’ve got a regular.

Really nice chicken burgers and wings, only thing I would say is you guys need to issue receipts so companies can claim the meals back though expenses, asked for a receipt and it was just wrote on paper which my company may not accept

The food is nice but when you go in to a shop like this you dont want to be waiting 20 minutes when your in a rush for 2 specific pieces of chicken that you want. Also the other shops i.e uks and zanas are cheaper .

Tried the fillet burger and must say it was delicious however only down side was I had to wait about 15 mins hopefully they speed things up as they’re still pretty new to it.

First thing - the guys at the till were very friendly and fast.Second the food was great for the price - not really sure what the others are on about.Wings were out of this world
