The trader fitted our new integrated dishwasher. He was friendly and good-value compared to other quotes we received, and was available the following day when we contacted him. Unfortunately I had to assist at quite a few stages with moving the machine and holding it in place while fitting it; if you are not able bodied or readily available this could be an issue. Also, he charged another tenner at the end of the job (after quoting a fixed price at the start) saying it was a lot more work than he thought - we thought this very unprofessional as he never mentioned it until the end.

We called Apex when our washing machine broke down. They attended within a few hours and were carrying the parts so we were back up and running same day. Great service :)
