Cannot recommend this company enough! Their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and very well-trained. There is no hard-sell whatsoever. They are genuinely interested in getting the right solution for each individual & their difficulties. I have worked with this company on a professional basis for many years & have found them to be caring, considerate & always put the client's needs first. First Class!

I went with a friend to buy a lightweight wheelchair. Friendly and helpful staff who sourced the wheelchair and showed how ot fit in the boor of her car. Good service.

Really helpful in supporting specialist seating assessments to both myself as an OT and the client. Very prompt in providing the necessary paperwork to support applying for funding. Being able to try the chairs in their own home is a brilliant service for clients, I meet many people who have been sold inappropriate (and expensive) items (not at Vivid care) through not being able to do this. They are always my first stop for specialist chairs

Amazing place for the disabled to visit. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products, very helpful and patient. I have bought two big pieces of equipment from this company and I was given answers to my lots of questions and given all the time I required in trying out the items. Highly recommend this company.

If exceptional customer service is what you need, your in the right place.I was met with kindness and understanding regarding an almost impossible issue I was incapable of handling myself. Amber was able to competently understand my situation and support me through with rigorous attention to detail and a drive to resolve my query. She maintained exceptional contact and went above and beyond what would normally be expected. I could not be more grateful for the help I received and would happily recommend! 11/10

Excellent place. They have all sorts of 'stuff'. Bought grab rails @ £100+ but Harrogate Hospital fitted some anyway. YCE took theirs back without quibble. Seems above and beyond the call of duty. We did buy a 'litter-picker' to pick stuff off the floor. Works very well. Very pleasant people.

I needed a no longer needed stairlift out of my house which has given my parents and I amazing service and even when we needed service or repairs done and the fact it was 30 years old they still managed to find parts for it as it was an obsolete make. I had it taken out of the house last week and the man was thorough, and had it taken our in 20 minutes. The staff on the phone are always polite and welcoming and ready to solve any problems you may have. Well worth a visit

This place owed us a refund because they didn’t provide by promised date or near afterwards, they didn’t phone either so we got equipment elsewhere, they were very reluctant to pay a refund we had to get legal advice because they kept refusing it and Only when we started a bank charge back we eventually received it, it took over a month and even then on agreeing a refund they took days to pay it. All the manager would say was he wasn’t prepared to give a refund. They state on website they give refunds but in reality they try to avoid it. They described a sling which comes in basic sizes S,M and L, with or without pockets as ‘ bespoke’. Not a good experience.
