I'm currently moving house and was trying to port my existing mortgage over to save my 1.69% interest rate and avoid early repayment fees. My mortgage provider was being very unhelpful with this. I appointed Ross to help me with the finance of the move, thinking it would be to arrange a new mortgage as I had basically given up on the current one. Quickly and efficiently he sorted out the existing mortgage, moving it with me so I retain my 1.69% interest rate (rather than changing provider and moving onto the current much higher rates). I had thought this was an impossible task. He sorted it with ease, I absolutely recommend Ross, he really knows his stuff..
