Absolutely shocking, food arrived the cake was rock solid and stale! The Nutella crepe was stone cold and had a cheap chocolate sauce absolutely covering it not Nutella! The strawberries were not fresh at all. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered 2 ice cream sundaes, they were late in been delivered, phoned restaurant and they said driver had left restaurant and it would be another 15-20 minutes. Food wasn’t up to standards. Very disappointed in service and food quality.

Milkshakes were the wrong flavour, the cake was soaking, the cheesecake was rock solid, and my can of drink was forgotten and not included although paid for. Do not recommend.

Ordered 2 slices of cake, a shake, a waffle and a slice of cheesecake. Over £20 the three of us agreed that the cakes and shake and cheesecake didn't taste anything like the flavours advertised, also the cakes were just chocolate sponges hardly any coco powder in the mixture so they tasted like plain sponge. The three of us also agreed not to eat from there again, expensive and tasteless.

When food didn't arrive I called to see how long it would be and was told that the driver had been to the house and told they hadn't ordered any food so the driver left (obviously went to the wrong house as we get deliveries fine from every other place) don't mind this mistake but when we called to ask where the food was the service and attitude was horrible! we were told the driver wasn't back yet and because we missed our delivery (which we didn't they went to the wrong place) we would have to wait atleast an hour and a half for the driver to come back... this was only 15 minuets after our expected delivery time so the driver can't be that far away! I asked for a refund and was told to get it through justeat, justeat can't refund as they shop had marked it as delivered, called the shop back and again and the same very rude person just said that it is our problem, not even an apology for the drivers mistake or the fact that it was going to take them over an hour and a half to bring our already made food back to us. Mistakes happen but no excuse for the poor service.

Ordered cheese cakes, milkshakes, Tower cakes, sundaes and brownies for the family. Every time the orders have been spot on and absolutely beautiful. Won't go anywhere else now especially for the price.

I was visiting a relative in Seaham and decided to look up dessert shops in the area as a treat on my last night there. I found you on line and headed over to get some cake. Upon walking in we were greeting by cash or card from what I can only describe as a wee lad no hello can I help or any other formal greeting! I said I’m happy to pay by either to which he replied cash then. I then asked what cakes where on offer as I could only see a label on one, he obviously didn’t have a clue and called to a young girl who sighed at me as I asked the same question & with an attitude told me what was there. I ordered 2 slices and being from Scotland I only had Scottish notes on me so asked if they where ok with that to which the young girl said I don’t know my boss isn’t here! I said it’s fine I would just pay by card to then be handed a bit of paper with bank details on and told to do a bank transfer (could have been any bank details) I declined and my Sister ended up having to pay she handed over £10 for an £7.60 sale to then be told oh there’s no change in the till I’ll have to phone my boss but he stays in Newcastle! Already fed up with the service & attitude we asked how much the cans of juice were told £1 each so we said we would take 2 and call it quits. Upon being given the cans we noticed they where flashed at 65p so legally you cannot charge more but we let it slide as had totally had enough and just wanted to leave! Absolutely terrible service & attitude and certainly won’t be back next time I or any member of my family visit!
