Saw a beautiful Street Triple RS that I immediately fall in love with.Jackson picked up the phone and helped me through the whole process to get it delivered to Manchester.He was attentive and helpful at all times answering all my questions as I couldn’t go and see it in person.He took pictures of the bike and sent them to me before getting it delivered when they put the ad down. Also got the bike delivered before the arranged date which was a nice surprise and send the service history that was left out when they realised about it.Honestly, it’s been the best experience I have had buying a bike by far. I purchased several motorcycles from Triumph East London and have always found them helpful friendly and the service department have always served me well, After purchasing my new Rally Pro tiger I did feel it needed a tracker they have supplied and installed and helped to set up. always going the extra mile thanks East London Triumph, also always feel welcome and always a coffee offered so thanks much appreciated. Bought my Trident from here after a test ride. Whole process took 3 weeks despite all the supplying/global problems. Excellent level of customer service, atmosphere is very welcoming & chilled. Felt reassured & confident throughout the process with the regular updates I was receiving. Plenty of advice offered too from the experienced staff.A huge thank you to Marc & the Team for making the experience a pleasure. Best Motorcycle Showroom, definitely recommend a visit.Just purchased & picked up my second bike (part x'ed my Trident for a Street Triple R) from this place. Superb customer service all round from Marc, great deal on my tiger 800 xca nothing was to much trouble from purchase, paperwork & delivery.Aftercare was also excellent with a couple of minor issues dealt with again by Marc with no messing about will definitely recommend & use again when I upgrade

I was looking for my first bike recently and had already been to several dealerships, Triumph East London was easily one of the best. (sadly not all dealers are so helpful)The whole experience was brilliant, from test rides to my final purchase!All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and are genuine enthusiasts! there is great customer service and no hard selling here!I decided on a bike, Speed Twin 1200, and they had one in the showroom which I liked. We easily and quickly came to a deal and I picked it up hassle free the next day!Jackson the salesman was excellent! Loves bikes and is so helpful, nothing was a problem.He dealt with the paperwork and handed the bike over to me on the day of the pick up and made sure everything was ok before I left.Will deffinately be back for the annual service and maybe future bike purchases!Thanks goes to the guys at Triumph East London!

Excellent machines matched by professional and passionate sales and service staff. Buying a Triumph is buying an emotion - keep doing this please! All good as usual for parts and service. Great to be involved in the riders group as well. Check out the new machines with special paint schemes and second hand bikes. Nice
