A fantastic tasting menu with a bottomless brunch. The dessert add on was very worth it. Definitely worth a try. The staff were incredibly attentive and personable. Sushi was the highlight as to be expected but the venison was also stand out.

My first time at Kokos and it didn’t disappoint! Rather than the set menu options (which did look very tempting and good value), we ordered the full selection of the sushi rolls.. 40 rolls later between two people, it’s fair to say I was very full! All delicious and fresh, made to order and so tasty. The waitress was actually the new restaurant manager and she was excellent, very attentive and friendly and advised on the menu choices. Would definitely return to Koko’s and try some more of the wonderful dishes.

Went to Koko for our Wedding Anniversary and it definitely fitted the occasion. Front of house was so polite, friendly and helpful, the Chef and Sous Chef were incredible in their work and the food was out of this world. The best Tempura and Sushi we've ever tasted and all presented so beautifully. I would recommend this small and perfect restaurant to anyone and we will definitely be going back. Thank you Koko for a perfect evening.

Absolutely blown away!There was nothing bad at all to say about this nights experience. We both did the menyu 52 and it was worth every pound. It may feel expensive but you get so much food out of it, we walked out so full and satisfied. The chef’s treats between the courses were such a lovely touch. The presentation of each meal was fantastic! A treat for the eyes. The miso soup especially stuck out to me - it was incredible and I loved the chunks of tofu! I loved the variation in each plate, I loved the colours and freshness. What was really great was that it wasn’t your typical Japanese food - my partner got venison and carpaccio! And he absolutely loved both. The desserts were the perfect size, not overwhelming at all. The soy sauce I could have drank like juice!All that doesn’t even mention how great the service was - Alice was incredible. She was the only staff serving that night, with just one chef one in the kitchen. She was so kind and they were not at all slow or delayed, I wouldn’t have even realised it was just the two of them! A birthday card was left on the table for my fiancé’s birthday which he greatly appreciated! Just overall wonderful experience and absolutely cannot wait to go back!!

2022 update - just gets better and better! The top Asian resturant in Sheffield (we've tried the rest) has a new menu and it's superb.Really love the dishes the chefs are preparing at Koko - see photos.Already booked our next visit to explore more of the menu :)Wow, what an excellent restaurant.We're in love with the Koko dining experience having just celebrated a couples birthday at this wonderful Sheffield restaurant.The dishes are superb, each one is almost a work of art and they taste even better than they look.We particularly enjoyed the Tsumago sushi rolls, topped with pan-fried sirloin steak and homemade pesto - so delicious we had seconds!Manager Dan, Alice, Anthony and top chef Felix made the dining experience at Koko up there with the best - they are all very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the dishes.We're already looking forward to our next visit to this top Sheffield restaurant.Highly, highly recommended.

Amazing food, super friendly service. We had the 3 courses which came with sushi tasters in-between courses and chocolates and sake to finish. Cocktails fab too. Lots of vegan and meaty choices, very accommodating. Can't wait to go back!

Pleasant and intimate environment, very personable manager, and lovely chefs. There was a good variety to order from, portions were generous and the fish fresh. It is more fusion than pure Japanese but we had a good time. A special shout out to the chef who prepared 2 special dishes just for us.

First time I went to koko around a year ago we loved it and couldn’t wait to go back!This time the staff were amazing yet again cannot fault the restaurant manager she is amazing the food wasn’t as great this time it wasn’t as premium and there was too much food that didn’t seem to be as high quality as last time which was a shameThe price also went up to between £80-£90 per person
