Optic-Kleer Windscreen Repair Doncaster, Barnsley and Rotherham

Got a huge chip in my almost new screen 2 weeks ago. Pulled into Morrisons hoping this guy would be here and he was. Thought I may have to pay for the repair but no, he checked with AXA and no excess to pay. Winner. Did my shopping and the job looks spot on. Thank you so much for your time and help.

Had a chip in my windowsceen, this was professionally repaired very quickly and I'm very pleased with the service.

Fast and quick service. The repair was adequate but not great. The windscreen was not left smooth and an airline crack is still visible under further inspection. I was expecting no signs of the chip after the repair but apparently that’s not achievable. Wish I would have been more thorough with my questions. The chip is still visible in my line of sight.I opted for the repair on passing by. Wouldn’t use again and feel like I’ve wasted money.

Had my windscreen chipped badly on a Friday night, once got home, searched online about companies who do this sort of repair. Came across Opti-Kleer, who listed where they people were working and when. Saturday morning I went to Morrison's car park, where Paul Carter was working on that day. Had a clearly marked gazebo in the car park, was very easy to find. I didn't have much hope, that the chip can be fixed, as it was quite big and a bit of glass missing too. He said, no problem, he can sort it out in 20 mins. So we went for a breakfast, and by the time we finished the car was ready. Paul done a brilliant job, windscreen is saved, saving me a lot of money and stress. I didn't even have to call the insurance company, as Opti-Kleer will contact them and giving me a refund, except £15 excess, saving me £100 at least. So pleased Paul managed to fix my car, thanks again, would highly recommend this company!

We had a chip on our screen for some time and I had spotted these guys at Morrisons Bramley before, so I asked my wife to speak to them and ask the price next time she see's them when shopping.The price was not the best, but not the most expensive either, so she had the chip repair done.I have done this as a DIY repair myself in the past using a kit from eBay and had better results than this professional service.The crack is still very much visible, showing the air hasn't been removed and/or the resin hasn't been forced into the crack.It just looks like a blob of glue dropped onto the crack and nothing more. To make matters worse you dropped resin onto my windscreen wiper which dried in a solid straight line (see image) which I had to scrape off and polish the window and now I need a new wiper blade.Poor attempt at a professional service in my honest opinion, don't waste your money just get an insurance repair or replacement if the crack spreads.Optic Kleer seems to state this is a service to stop the chip spreading into a crak, not to remove the chip.Why are you called a Windscreen Repair" company then? This wasn't a repair

Absolutely fantastic! I had a small chip in my windscreen repaired while I did a quick shop in Morrisons Bramley. Everything was explained thoroughly, risks and all and it was done by the time I had finished, he was brilliant, really polite and professional too, I'd definitely travel to use them again should I ever need to

Met with Peter and arranged windscreen repair. It only takes 20 minutes and he explained the procedure at each stage. He arranged everything through the insurance, a good service offered by Optic-Kleer.
